terms of service

Generala) Please make sure to read this completely. This is your responsibility, and I will assume you did it if you order something from me!b) About personal commissions: This means that my drawing won't generate you any kind of profit, and it's for your personal use only. YT banners, Patreon avatars, Twitch emotes, etc. count as commercial usage, since it is some sort of "personal brand". If you'd like to have commercial rights over an art piece, you'll need to pay an extra fee (except with twitch emotes, on which the fee is included on the price).
b.1) About commercial commissions: This is about commercial usage commissions. That means that my drawings will, directly or indirectly, generate you some sort of profit. YT banners, avatars for Patreon, Twitch emotes, etc, also are part of this category because they're some sort of personal brand.
These commissions come without a watermark, and you get the rights to them. There's an exception to this with NFTs. My art shall not be used for NFTs in any way or form, so commercial usage does not include the permission to turn them into NFTs.
c) If these rules vary, or the price changes when you're already on my list, your commission sticks to the old ones.d) If you change usernames without letting me know, won't reply in weeks, disappear... fail to maintain contact, basically, your commission will be put on hold until you appear again. That means I'll prioritize those who come next in the waiting list and show interest above you. If you already paid, it is your responsibility. Don't worry, as long as you appear again, you won't lose that money.
If you didn't pay, however, it will be completely dropped.
If you're taking a break from social media, are going on vacation, or are in a bad spot right now and don't really want to interact with anyone, it's ok, I get it. Just let me know♡, we can work things out.
Commission stepsa) Commissioner (you) submit a Google forms to place an order.
b) I will contact you replying if I have accepted or not. *We can discuss the details and final price at this stage.
c) You're placed on my waiting list. *Please inform me if you need the piece by a certain date - rush orders will include an additional fee.
d) I will send an invoice for the full payment. Payment plans are accepted only for orders above $150usd. Please pay within 2 days since the invoice has been sent. If you can't for whatever reason, you need to inform me. Failure to do so means me dropping the commission.
e) I start your commission with a rough sketch. You're allowed to make up to 2 major free revisions, after that you will need to pay an additional fee as that would mean making an entire new drawing.
How long this process takes depends on the commission type, the changes on it, how busy I am, etc. I will let you know of everything, don't worry. Don't rush me.How to order and where to contact meThere are two ways in which this works out:
1. You contact me through any of my social media > you are sent this Google forms > you fill the formulary > you will be contacted on whatever social media you left on the formulary to continue the commission.
2. You fill out said formulary right away without prior contact and you will be contacted by me. Commission starts from there.
If you think you got lost in my PMs, don't hesitate to insist. I always check my e-mail though, specially since I have that one specifically for this, so if you need an answer quickly, that's the place to get it.
Regardless, you'll have to fill out the formulary anyways.
About paymenta) I accept both bank deposits (only if you're from Panama), PayPal (USD only) and Ko-Fi.
b) I won't start working on it until you pay. If you take too long without a reason, I'll drop your commission.
c) No refunds. I might only accept a refund if you're in an emergency situation that you can prove and desperately need the money, and I haven't progressed too much on the drawing.
